Naoto has decided that every time they hold hands, Takemichi goes back 15 years.
Takemichi has decided to save Hinata by using the information he has gotten from the future.
Kiyomasa, a member of the Tokyo Manji Gang, forced former allies of Takemichi to fight in secret, under his orders.

When he went back in time, he found that Kisaki had just joined the gang and used Pah’s absence to become the new head of his section.
Kazutora Hanemiya, a former co-founder of the Tokyo Manji Gang, encouraged Keisuke Baji to join Valhalla.
If Mikey manages to get Baji back, he will kick Kisaki out of the gang to keep his promise to Takemichi.
Takemichi was accepted into Takashi Mitsuya’s group and is now a real member of the Tokyo Manji Gang.
Takemichi finds out that Mikey hates Kazutora because Mikey’s older brother Shinichiro died two years ago.
Chifuyu Matsuno also tells Takemichi that Baji said he left the gang to investigate Kisaki’s behavior.
He also learns that when Kisaki started Valhalla, Mikey was supposed to be its leader and that the Tokyo Manji Gang would eventually join Valhalla after a fight on October 31, 2005, which was known as “Bloody Halloween.”
They didn’t succeed because Mikey killed Kazutora for killing Baji.
